Yes, Membrz is free to use! We only charge a small transaction fee when you sell tickets: 6% per ticket sold, with a minimum of €0.80 per ticket. There are no setup fees, monthly subscriptions, or hidden charges - you’ll have access to all features of the tool. You’ll receive the full price of your ticket, and your guests will pay the fee.

Once you start collecting emails through Membrz, you can send newsletters to your guests directly from the platform, with no extra tools needed. It’s perfect for promoting your next event, drops, or brand updates, and helps keep your community engaged between events.

On your admin view, click on “newsletter” in the left-side menu, then “add new post”. You can add titles,text, images, videos, links, buttons and more.

You can build a loyal community by offering exclusive access, perks, or early bird tickets through memberships. You can also set up a rewards program through points to boost returning guests. The result? A recurring stream of revenue and a stronger audience!

• Tickets for events with a fixed date are non-refundable by law.
• If the event is cancelled or significantly changed (e.g. date or venue), you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
• Please note: the Membrz.Club Service Fee is non-refundable.

• You have 14 days after delivery to return, as long as the product is unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent).

• You have 14 days after purchase to cancel and request a refund, provided you have not already used the subscription benefits.
• After that period, you can cancel future renewals at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period, but no partial refunds apply.

• The ticket or product value is refunded by the event promoter or organizer.
• Membrz.Club acts as the ticketing platform and is not responsible for the net value, only for the Service Fee.
